*please check with your hall to see what their rules are in regards to open flame candles. Due to new fire codes and regulations, many halls will not allow candles at all, while others ask that you keep the flame in a container and below a certain height within the container. We offer Battery operated T-lites to provide the ambience candles give,
while still remaining in-line with the codes.

Terms and Conditions for Event Rentals
- Final number of amount of items required is to be given a minimum of 1 week prior to the pick up / delivery date.
- Any and all items returned broken or damaged, or not returned, will be charged at full replacement cost.
- Items returned late, will be charged the full rental rate, for each day.
- All items are subject to availabilty.
- Prices subject to change without notice, and do not include GST.
- For Chair Cover and Sash rentals, please see following section for additional terms and conditions specific to those items.
Avoid Excess Charges!
Ensure the number rented is what is being returned, as missing items will be charged at full replacement cost.
Please place items with extreme stains (Red Wine, Heavy Dirt, Grease, Ink Spots, Gravy or Coffee Spills etc.) on the top of the pile, so these can be pre-treated immediately. If these items cannot be cleaned through our normal laundering process, you may be charged for the extra cost of cleaning, or replacement.
Linens returned with Candle Wax, burns, rips, tears or holes that are not deemed "accidental", will be charged at full replacement cost, unless minor repairs can be performed.
Do not try to lauder the items yourself, as you may cause further damage, and be charged for full replacement.
Alpine Catering has 1 week (7 days) to fully count and have the items laundered, from the date the items are returned. We will advise in that time, if any problems are encountered, and if additional payments are required, based on repair or replacement costs.
